Our Equity Story: GIEAG is a family-run public limited company

GIEAG is a Munich-based real estate company. As a listed project developer and portfolio holder, we focus on the asset classes office, residential, light industrial, research/development and neighborhood development in Germany. Our business model combines attractive developer returns and continuous cash flow from the rental income of our portfolio properties.

Since our company was founded in 1999, GIEAG has successfully completed a host of real estate developments with areas of up to 145,000 square metres and individual investment volumes of between EUR 15 and EUR 150 million. Decades of expertise in developing modern and sustainable properties, together with a network of reliable partners, form the basis for the positive business development of GIEAG Immobilien AG.
