GIEAG AG – DEVELOPING VALUE FOR GENERATIONS
GIEAG Immobilien AG was founded in 1999 by Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Pferschy, and in 2012 his son Philipp Pferschy took over day-to-day management of the Munich-based family business. Two generations of tradition and experience are combined with innovation and novel approaches to work. Benjamin Johansson, who has been a member of the Executive Board since the previous year, took over the management of the company on July 31, 2024, together with Daniel Argyrakis, who joined the Executive Board on January 1, 2025. With currently more than 20 employees, GIEAG has grown continuously over the last two decades – as has our portfolio.
