Erfurt II – Speculative new construction of a logistics facility at Erfurt’s logistics hotspot

A logistics facility has been speculatively built on a 4 ha site within the Stotternheim logistics hotspot in Erfurt. The new building complex consists of 2 hall sections, each offering around 10,000 m² of usable space. Both hall sections have a loading zone. In addition, there is a ground-level access gate with an entrance height of 4.20 meters. An 8 m deep mezzanine level will be built over the entire width of the loading zone. The additional space available in this way amounts to 1,290 m² per hall section. Of this 1,290 m² of mezzanine space, 300 m² is earmarked for office space (including air conditioning). In addition, there is a 30 m² WE/WA storage office under the mezzanine, directly adjacent to the loading zone.
