Forstenrieder Allee 150/150a

The Forstenrieder Allee project is an existing building in Munich’s Forstenried district. In its current structure, the apartment building comprises a total of 28 residential units, some of which are small apartments.

A core renovation of the building and restructuring of modern residential units is planned here. In order to create more living space, an extension is planned for the front part of the building. The intention is to create a total of 20 apartments with attractive and contemporary layouts.

The extensive renovation work is scheduled to begin in July 2020, and the renovation of the underground parking garage is already 90% complete.
