Erfurt III – modern big-box facility in the logistics heart of Germany
With Erfurt III, GIEAG Immobilien AG is creating additional state-of-the-art and environmentally sustainable logistics space in the immediate vicinity of its Erfurt I and II developments. The new property is being developed in accordance with the existing development plan. This latest logistics development draws on GIEAG’s accumulated local expertise, as the company has already completed two other logistics projects at the ILZ in recent years. A feasibility study for the implementation of the development and a concept study prepared by a general contractor have already been conducted.
