BrainLAB New office building

In the first quarter of 2005, GIEAG broke ground for the project. The building, which is rented by BrainLAB and offers offices, production rooms, an auditorium as well as exhibition and storage space, was constructed on the 13,000 square meter site. The buyer is CLS Holdings.

GIEAG was able to realize an office building with a variety of special functions (laboratories, etc.) for the company. Around 500 employees have already moved into the 30 million euro BrainLAB company building and “they feel very much at home here”, said BainLAB founder and CEO Stefan Vilsmeier at the key handover with Mayor Leohnhard Baumann, Jan-Olaf Hansson from London-based investor holding company CLS and Alexander Pferschy from project developer GIEAG AG.
