Living and working in a square
Square, triangle, circle – from these three basic shapes, the Bauhaus developed a formal language that still influences architecture and design today. Georg Muche (1895 -1987) was one of the intellectual pillars of the Bauhaus movement, which united apparent opposites of art and technology and made beauty visible in function.
The denkraum office building in Georg-Muche-Strasse is a logical continuation of this approach, resolving supposedly conflicting interests between the individual and the company under one roof. The architecture makes use of the aesthetics and proportions of square shapes.
Attractive location
With its attractive tower building and classic modern front, denkraum is the most prestigious address in Georg-Muche-Straße. Those who move in here have the best views: into the leafy, quiet inner courtyard, from interesting roof terraces to the elongated park and the Bavarian Alps.
