Kirschgarten – Experience the best of life in the Munich Metropolitan Region
Kirschgarten’s apartments combine generous floor plans and modern conveniences with timeless architecture and a highly attractive location as part of a new complex developed by GIEAG Immobilien AG in Geretsried near Munich. The complex consists of four buildings with a total of 98 apartments and 124 parking spaces. The SÜD.LEBEN building stands out in particular, comprising 30 affordable rental apartments with two to four rooms each. The buildings are supplied with energy via a bivalent pellet/natural gas heating system.
Kirschgarten’s apartments were sold individually to private buyers, except for the units in the SÜD.LEBEN building, which was sold in August 2021 by the developer GIEAG to a special real estate AIF managed by WERTGRUND Immobilien AG. The transaction was managed by the brokerage firm Colliers International Deutschland GmbH. The enticing development boasts a well-connected location close to nature, and modern, generously proportioned residential units.
