Work-life balance made easy – in Bad Cannstatt industrial park

Bad Cannstatt’s commercial district is experiencing perhaps the most dynamic growth in the whole of Stuttgart, as underlined by the two GIEAG projects arcum | work in flow in Neckartalstrasse and Voltastrasse. Construction is scheduled to start on the latter in the second quarter of 2022. The two six-storey office buildings will create space for flexible working in state-of-the-art office environments thanks to their adaptable design. Tenants can fit out the spaces according to their specific wants and needs.

The business park exerts a strong appeal thanks to its proximity to nature and the city centre and its outstanding traffic connections, which will be further improved by the commissioning of the Rosenstein tunnel on the B10 motorway. Thanks to this unique location, a healthy work-life balance is assured.

MACRO LOCATION

Bad Cannstatt – always a fountain of innovation

Bad Cannstatt is both the most populous and the oldest district in Stuttgart, having been founded as early as Roman times. The district, located on both sides of the Neckar River, owes its status as the birthplace of the motorcycle and the automobile to the engineer Gottlieb Daimler. It was also home of the world’s first motorised streetcar. Bad Cannstatt is equally famous for its mineral springs and has the second largest mineral water deposits in Europe. Eleven of the 20 mineral springs are certified by the state as medicinal springs and are used as spa and swimming baths. History and culture buffs are in their element in Bad Cannstatt, which boasts numerous historic buildings, various museums (including the Mercedes-Benz Museum) and a wide range of theatres. Picturesque parks such as the Wilhelma Botanical and Zoological Garden provide greenery and recreation.

Bad Cannstatt can be reached via the B10 and B14 motorways and the Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt train station, which provides excellent connections to local and regional transport. Several light rail lines also cross the district.

Working in a prime, waterfront location: offices in Voltastraße

Looking for an office with a river view? Then you will love the riverside location of arcum | work in flow on the Neckar River. Ideal for drawing inspiration for new ideas, for lunch breaks or after-work beers with colleagues, the historic town of Bad Cannstatt (and its varied culinary scene) is within easy walking distance, as are a wide range of shops and parks for walking or jogging.

The two buildings are easily accessible via different routes and transport options: The Mühlsteg subway station is less than 250 metres away, the B10 motorway is just under a kilometre away and Stuttgart’s main train station five kilometres. There is even a bicycle path that runs directly past arcum | work in flow.
