Shareholders of GIEAG Immobilien AG (GIEAG) today approved all of the agenda items at the company’s Ordinary General Meeting in Munich with a majority of at least 99.90 per cent of votes cast. The items approved include payment of a dividend of EUR 0.24 per dividend-entitled share for fiscal year 2016, thus upholding the previous year’s level. This corresponds to a disbursement amount of around EUR 1 million.
