Munich/Oberhaching/Stuttgart, July 2026 – GIEAG Immobilien AG (GIEAG), a nationwide real estate project developer, has extended its lease agreement with catering company Aramark for the space in the GERLINGEN WORK office building at Dieselstraße 3, 70839 Gerlingen, on a long-term basis. The continuation of this partnership is a strong signal of the location’s attractiveness and stability. It also secures the long-term provision of catering services for both the office building’s tenants and the general public.
As part of the lease extension, the offering for guests will be further enhanced: going forward, Aramark will have the opportunity to use additional outdoor areas. This will provide guests with an expanded open-air offering in time for the warm season. As the catering facilities are open to the public, the surrounding neighbourhood will also benefit from the increased vitality of the district.

The expanded outdoor areas are expected to officially open for service in June.
