The nationwide project developer GIEAG Immobilien AG (GIEAG) has leased approximately 2,600 square meters of office space in the second construction phase of the GERLINGEN WORK project to SAP Deutschland SE & Co. KG. SAP is thus consolidating its previous locations in Herrenberg and Freiberg a. Neckar in Gerlingen.

The five-story office property at Dieselstrasse 3+5 has a total leasable area of around 30,000 square meters and a total of around 500 parking spaces on two underground parking levels and outdoor parking spaces. Stuttgart’s main train station can be reached in less than half an hour via the subway connection. All office space in the first construction phase of the property has already been leased to BOSCH on a long-term basis and will be handed over in February 2020. The gastronomy space on the first floor, which has been leased long-term to ARAMARK, will be handed over at the beginning of the second quarter of 2020.

With the new lease to SAP, more than 60 percent of the total office space in the property has already been let. The lease was brokered by E&G REAL ESTATE GmbH, a member of German Property Partners GPP. SAP was represented by Colliers International Deutschland GmbH.
