The company intends to submit the relevant applications to the Munich Stock Exchange shortly.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to delist was made because the economic benefits of the stock exchange listing no longer justify the associated administrative and financial efforts. The delisting is expected to result in a reduction of the company&#8217;s future administrative and cost burden.<\/p>\n<p>The timing of the termination of trading in the m:access segment and the
