These applications are intended to be submitted to the Munich Stock Exchange shortly.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The timing of the termination of the listing in the m:access segment and the inclusion in the open market depends on the decision of the Munich Stock Exchange.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The decision to delist was made because the economic benefits of including the company\u2019s shares in stock exchange trading no longer justify the associated costs and administrative effort.
