With frechverlag, part of the Bertelsmann group of companies, a long-term tenant has been secured for the project at Dieselstra\u00dfe 5 in Gerlingen near Stuttgart before the end of 2021. \u201cThe leased office space on the first floor was planned in close coordination with the tenant and also has an in-house library,\u201d says J\u00fcrgen Gerst, managing director of the project company. This means that 85 % of the space is now let on a long-term basis.<br \/>\nThe brokerage was carried out by our partner and lead broker, Immoraum GmbH, from Stuttgart.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are very pleased that frechverlag has chosen GERLINGEN WORK as the location for its move from Stuttgart to Gerlingen. The GERLINGEN WORK takes modern working environments into account and has very good connections.
