GIEAG Immobilien AG was founded in 1999 by Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Pferschy, and in 2012 his son Philipp Pferschy took over day-to-day management of the Munich-based family business. Two generations of tradition and experience are combined with innovation and novel approaches to work. Benjamin Johansson took over the management of the company on July 31, 2024.
