The nationwide active project developer GIEAG Immobilien AG (GIEAG) has – as already reported in the past – handed over the complete rental space in construction phase I of the new commercial property “Gerlingen Work” in Gerlingen near Stuttgart to the two tenants Robert Bosch GmbH and ARAMARK.

The move into the office space by Robert Bosch GmbH is already in full swing. The restaurant area rented by ARAMARK will be put into operation in mid-July and will offer a comprehensive and attractive range of food and beverages for both employees working in the property and their guests.
In construction phase II, the interior finishing work is also well advanced. The approximately 2,600 square meters of space already leased to SAP Deutschland SE & Co. KG on a long-term basis is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2020. At present, approx. 10,000 square meters of rental space are still available in this construction phase, which can be flexibly divided into sub-areas due to the planning with various accesses. IMMORAUM in cooperation with E & G Real Estate is responsible for the marketing of this rental space. The team has already successfully brokered contracts for GIEAG in general and for the property itself in the past.

Thomas Männel, member board member of GIEAG, comments: “The handover of the rental space of construction phase I is a further milestone in our ambitious and modern project development in Gerlingen. Our building sets impressive architectural accents from the outside, which are continued inside. We are certain that our tenants’ employees and guests will feel very comfortable in the new working environment. The design of the outdoor facilities will not only be a further visual highlight, but will also contribute to a good work-life balance. We can already feel that the charisma of our building and its renowned tenants will continue to have a positive influence on the demand for Gerlingen as a location and are curious to see which tenants we will be able to attract in the near future”.
