GIEAG was one of the first businesses in Germany to subject itself to Feri EuroRating Services AG’s Property Manager Rating. This rating assesses the quality of management from the investor’s perspective. Company structures are closely investigated, as is the quality of service with regard to property, asset management, funds management, portfolio management and project development. By giving the company a B+, the rating agency certified that the quality of management was ‘far above average’.
As a German stock corporation, GIEAG has a dual management and control structure. The members of the board are appointed by the supervisory board and are responsible for managing the company.
The supervisory board counsels the board and monitors the management.
