A further business area of GIEAG is the establishment of our own asset portfolio. The focus lies on investments in residential property that offer special, long-term potential through restructuring, revitalisation, and repositioning.
Our portfolio currently contains just under 500 residential units with an annual net rental income of around 1.6 billion euros. The overall management of the portfolio properties takes place in line with optimum value creation by GIEAG itself.
Residential properties and portfolios above 20 residential units are considered. This also includes the portfolios of municipal and private housing companies. Preference is given to investment properties in Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg, and Hesse.
