GIEAG Immobilien AG was founded in 1999 by Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Pferschy, and in 2012 his son Philipp Pferschy took over day-to-day management of the Munich-based family business. Two generations of tradition and experience are combined with innovation and novel approaches to work. With currently more than 30 employees, GIEAG has grown continuously over the last two decades – as has our portfolio.

Property development in all asset classes

Over the last 20 years, GIEAG has successfully completed a host of real estate developments with areas of up to 145,000 square metres and individual investment volumes starting at EUR 30 million. Reliability, security, dedication and speed are the basis for the sustainable value development of our investments, which total more than EUR 1.66 billion to date.
